Our executive team constitutes of talented and aspiring consultants from across the world in Europe, Asia, Africa and America.
Together, we have established Universal Consulting Club under the objective to create a world-class student-led non-profit consulting group with global outreach.
Our leadership will continue to drive our expansion, whilst carefully maintaining a distinguished legacy founded upon empowering the next generation of consultants and creating long-lasting change for businesses worldwide.

Executive Team
Samuel is currently working at L'oréal as a commercial analyst while studying for his Bachelor's degree at Pearson College London. He started Universal Consulting Club as he felt there was a gap in the market which needed to be addressed.
​
He loves engaging with new individuals and driving growth within teams. Samuel has an interest in business strategy and can bring some interesting insights from his experience working for the largest beauty company. He also enjoys a variety of sports including golf and cycling.
Megan is in her final year at King’s College London where she’s studying for a Bachelor of Arts in French. She is looking to pursue a career in consulting after she graduates.
After gaining traction on LinkedIn, and bringing a large group of prospective consultants together, she saw that there was a huge number of people who demonstrated a strong level of interest in the consulting industry and had a desire to learn more from their peers, and connect with like-minded individuals. Because of this, Megan thought that UCC would be the perfect platform to enable a community of aspiring consultants to come together.
Megan is a very sociable individual who loves connecting with people. She travels a lot as she likes to gain new perspectives and outlooks from all corners of the world.
Seongyun is a first-year undergraduate student at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), studying BSc Management.
As an individual that hopes to pursue a career in Management Consulting, Seongyun joined Universal Consulting Club to foster his passion as well as deepen his knowledge, while creating an initiative to connect like-minded individuals. Seongyun aims to utilise his growth mindset to contribute to the global outreach of UCC and create an organisation that empowers the next generation of consultants.
Ahmed is currently a penultimate year student of Industrial Engineering (BSc) at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST).
His interdisciplinary interests, including Operations Management and Analytics, have led him to the world of consulting. Based in Giza near the Great Pyramid, he aims to design unique programs providing the right support for aspiring consultants to tackle complex problems of tomorrow.
Junting is a second-year chemist at the University of Warwick, who hopes to pursue a career in the finance sector. After the cancellation of his internships this summer, he discovered the opportunity to join this amazing team!
As an energetic and outgoing individual, he hopes to develop an education programme with Ahmed, that would introduce consulting to anyone across the globe, as well as to develop their technical and soft skills.
Vlad is an Economics and Finance graduate from De Montfort University Leicester. He intends to pursue a career in consulting and has a particular interest in digital strategy and transformation. His ambition is to ultimately found a technology consultancy startup.
He made the decision to join Universal Consulting Club to develop his knowledge of consulting and drive real positive impact by helping UCC empower the next generation of consultants.
Vlad is a strong advocate for positive change and for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. He had previously attended the UN Civil Society Conference where he represented his university and gave a presentation on sustainability.
Malika Abdulhamidova​

Malika is a first-year undergraduate student at the London School of Economics and Political Science, studying BSc Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and hoping to pursue a career in the finance sector.

She joined Universal Consulting Club to further develop her knowledge of consulting, as well as help drive the ethos of the club in providing education in consulting to people of all backgrounds and extend our global reach. Diversity and inclusion has always been an issue of great importance to her, and she hopes to create a recruitment system and an environment that will assist in the process of creating the next generation of consultants that is truly representative of our society.
František M. Ježek

František is a first year law student at the University of Oxford. He is an aspiring barrister, who also takes great interest in the world of banking and consulting.
Recognizing the impact UCC could have not only in the UK, but globally, František decided to join as head of Network to help expand the club. He works on maintaining and expanding our network of members.
František is competitive and ambitious, but at the end of the day, his focus lies with his friends and ethics. While he find it important to work hard, balance in life is what he finds necessary for happiness.

Associates
Ashiqur is currently in his last year of MSci Mathematics at King's College London. He wants to work as a Strategy Consultant in particular after enjoying the Open-Access Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience Program of BCG provided by InsideSherpa. The ultimate goal he has is to work for BCG.
He discovered UCC during the summer of 2020 and loved to hear about the ambition that UCC has to provide support to aspiring consultants all over the world. That's why he is part of the group and wants to help achieve those goals.
Ashiqur is a very friendly individual and loves to talk to new people all the time. He enjoys hearing about others and exchange ideas. He also has the dream of travelling the whole world.
June is currently a second-year undergraduate student at King’s College London, studying BSc Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE). Her ambition towards starting a career in consultancy motivated her to join UCC, considering that it would be a perfect starting point to gain insights in consulting.
As a Business Associate, June aims to build practical and supportive projects to help students to achieve their career in consulting. She wants to contribute to UCC’s international growth by using her past experience as a Brand Director of South Korean start-up, JKD LAB.
Estefanía is a Business Management graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has previously interned at Ernst & Young in Integrity Risk Services and is looking to pursue a career as a Strategy Consultant. Estefanía also has an interest in growth hacking and loves the prospect of working for small and medium enterprises.
She joined Universal Consulting Club to have the opportunity to work in an international environment, develop her knowledge of consulting and assist in the training of future consultants.
Estefanía is proactive, a team player, very friendly and loves to meet new people. But the most important thing for her is her family and friends. She always tries to find new ways to grow as a person and professional.
